Our experience with Brian was amazing. He was with us every step of the way. His advice was always spot on, beginning with pricing and ending with the walk through. When things got tense with the buyer, Brian kept his cool and ironed out the wrinkles. In fact, throughout the process, he was unflappable, regardless of the issues that arose.. He was on top of every detail, no matter how small, and followed up on every step to make sure it was completed and completed properly. He also communicated the status of what was going on constantly. My husband and I previously sold 2 homes with very well respected brokers, but Brian is in a class of his own. Brian is at the top of the realty game! He came with the highest of recommendations when my brother and I needed help selling a beachfront property in Fort Lauderdale. Selling a property when you don’t live in the same state can be extremely stressful, but Brian made the process seamless. He always made himself quickly accessible, replied promptly to all questions and concerns, and kept us completely at ease with every part of the process.
